‘Very lucky’ fox saved after getting paws stuck in garden chair


A fox that acquired three paws caught via the picket slats of a backyard chair was saved by the RSPCA on Sunday.

The animal charity was known as to Mottingham, South east London, by a involved resident who noticed the stricken fox of their backyard.

RSPCA Inspector Clive Hopwood, who attended the incident, mentioned: “The poor fox had managed to get each entrance paws and one again paw wedged between the picket slats at the back of a backyard chair.

“I believe she’d gone to leap onto the again of the chair and slipped between the slats. It should have been very painful and uncomfortable for her to be left hanging there like that.”
