Smashed beef kofte tacos


Divide the meat combine into 4 equal parts. Press a portion of beef immediately onto one facet of every tortilla in a skinny, even layer, reaching nearly to the sides. Warmth a drizzle of oil in a big frying pan over medium-high warmth. Put the tortilla beef-side down into the pan. Press down with a spatula and prepare dinner for 3-4 minutes till the meat is browned and crisp. Flip and prepare dinner for 1-2 minutes extra till the tortilla is golden and toasted. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Put the cooked tacos on a plate or in a low oven to maintain heat. Scatter every taco with salad, drizzle with the garlic and chilli sauces, reserved coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges on the facet for squeezing over, in case you like.
